Age Limit: Candidates who have superannuated from University/College services on completion of 60 years and are within the age of 68 years.
Educational Qualification: Candidate who are teachers of the ranks of Associate Professor & Professor having sufficient experience of Post Graduate teaching and Research with knowledge of Islamic Culture.

1. Professor
2. Assistant Professor
3. Associate Professor
4. Lecturer (Temporary)
Age Limit: Candidates age should not be more than 50 years for Professor Post, 45 years for Associate Professor Post and 37 years for Assistant Professor Post.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Ph.D/ Masters Degree with 55% marks in Aggregate in relevant field with desired experience as per the post and with a minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) with NET/ SLET/ SET.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs.250/- for PD candidates) in form of demand draft drawn in favour of Aliah University payable at Kolkata.
