Age Limit: Candidates age must be between 18-50 years as on date of notification. Age relaxations will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess SSC or any other equivalent examination as approved by the Board of Secondary Education of Govt. A.P for cat-A posts & 7th or equivalent examination, ITI in relevant field as on the date of notification for Cat-B posts. (The candidates who possess higher qualification than the prescribed on will also be considered).
Application Fee: A prescribed fee of Rs.25/- in cash should be remitted at the time of submission of each application form. Demand Drafts, cheques, Indian Postal Orders etc, will not be accepted. SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Physical efficiency Tests.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates should submit duly filled-in application forms and relevant columns of Hall Tickets along with the copies of age, caste, Valid LMV License, Residence, 4 color photographs, educational qualification certificates on any working day at Goshamahal Stadium, Hyderabad. Candidates should appear and submit the application in person and should not send their application either by post or through their nominee between 29-04-2013 to 15-05-2013 in between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm.
Important Dates:
Date of Publication: 26-04-2013.
Starting Date for Receipt of Applications by hand: 29-04-2013.
Last Date for Receipt of Applications by hand: 15-05-2013.

As per the notification for the post codes 21 to 25 and 27 to 28 candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and should not be more than 22 years of age as on 1-7-2012. For the post code 26 candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 30 years of age as on 1-7-2012 in AP Police recruitment.

As per the notification all the Constable vacancies in AP Police Recruitment will be filled with local Candidates of the respective revenue districts only.

As per notification in AP Police Candidate must passed M.Sc in I or II Division or equivalent for Scientific Asst posts and SSC or any other examination recognized by the State Government as being equivalent to SSC for Laboratory Technician post.

As per notification to apply for post of Scientific Assistant in AP Police Candidates are eligible those who passed M.Sc in Physics,Chemistry,Toxicology,Forensic science ,Biochemistry in I or II Division or equivalent from recognized institute or University.

what is age limit for deputy jailor post for sc candidates

As per the notification, the candidates who are in the age limit in between 21-30 years as on 1-07-2011 are eligible to apply for the Deputy Jailor vacancy, in case if the candidates belongs to sc category, age is relaxable up to a maximum of five years.
