2. District Programme Manager – 03 posts
3. Finance cum Logistics officer – 03 posts
4. District Medical Officer – 03 posts
5. Medical Oncologist – 03 posts
6. Cyto-Pathologist – 03 posts
7. Medical Officer – 36 posts
II. NPHCE:
1. Consultant Medicine – 06 posts

Age Limit: Upper age limit is 50 years for Sr.No.1, 2 Posts (retired Government/Public sector officers can apply up to the age of 62 years), 40 years for Sr.No.3, 7 posts, 50 years for Sr.No.4, 5, 6 and for Sr.No.(II)1 posts as on 01-12-2012.

Educational Qualifications: Candidate must possess MBBS or equivalent degree from Institutions recognized by Medical Council of India for Sr.No.1, 2 posts, Inter CA/Inter ICWA/M.Com or MBA (Finance/Material Management) with knowledge of computer for Sr.No.3 posts, MD in Medicine or equivalent degree from institutions recognized by Medical Council of India for Sr.No.4, 5 posts, MD Diploma in Pathology or equivalent degree from institutions recognized by Medical Council of India for Sr.No.6 posts, MBBS or equivalent degree from institutions recognized by Medical Council of India for Sr.No.7 posts and Medicine or equivalent degree from institutions recognized by Medical Council of India for Consultant (Medicine) Post.

Application Fee: Demand Draft of Rs.700/- for all unreserved and other states Non Local Candidates and Rs. 400/- for Candidates residing in Chhattisgarh belonging to SC/ST category has to be paid in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘DHS-EUSPP-NCD’ from any Nationalized Bank.

Selection Process: candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test/Interview.
