Qualification/Experience:
(1) Matriculation or equivalent.
(2) Must have knowledge of Indian Cooking and proficiency in trade.
Age Criteria (Common for all posts):
Age limit as on the last date of receipt of application.
For SC candidates: Between 18yrs to 30 yrs.
For OBC candidates: Between 18yrs. to 28 yrs.
For Ex-Serviceman: Relaxable by length of military service plus three years.
For Physically Handicapped: The upper age limit will be relaxed up to 10 yrs. over and above the relaxation as admissible as per their category.
How To Apply:
Desirous candidates fulfilling the required terms and conditions may forward application by post as per details given below:-
(a) Application to be forwarded only as per format published.
(b) Photocopies of birth,caste,educational certificate,experience certificate (if held) duly attested by Gazetted Officer be attached.
(c) In case of Ex-serviceman,photocopy of discharge certificate be attached.
(d) One passport size recent photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer to be affixed on top of application.
(e) Document in support of claim for age relaxation.
(f) Physically Handicapped candidates are required to enclose disability certificate (not less than 40%) issued by Govt. approved Hospital for their status along with applications.
(g) One envelope (self addressed) duly affixed with postage stamp of Rs.5/-.
(h) Govt. employees will apply through proper channel.
(i) Application by hand will not be accepted.
Notes:
(a) Application which are not as per required standard will be rejected.
(b) Overwriting/erasure/incorrect/unsigned.incomplete application will be rejected.
(c) If a candidate produces false certificates or furnishing false information or suppressies of any factual info in the application form which comes to notice at any time then he will be disqualified/dismissed from service if appointed.
(d) Application should be filled up either in Hindi or English only.
(e) Candidate may apply for only one category of reservation.In case candidate submits more than one application for the same post,the candidature is liable to be rejected.
(f) Registration of application does not guarantee employment.
(g) Application received will be short listed by a Board of Officers based on eligibility criteria and other terms and conditions.The short listed candidates will then called for interview and tests.
(h) Commandant CMM Jabalpur,will not be responsible for any postal delay and any injury which may occur during the physicaly test/endurance test/selection.
(i) Commandant CMM Jabalpur reserves the right to short list the applications on the basis of available vacancies and number of eligible applicants.
(j) The quantum of reservation can be increased or decreased during the recruitment process.The recruitment process can be cancelled/suspended/terminated without assigning any reasons.The decisions of Commandant CMM will be final and no appeal will be entertained.
(k) The results of the recruitment Bd will be prominently displayed at the College Main Gates and notice boards for the information of the candidates, within 2 weeks of the last day of the recruitment board for a period of one month.No other information will be given to the candidates who have applied for the posts but not qualified.
(l) Application to be sent by post with details of applied post and category of the candidates clearly mentioned on the top of the envelope in block letters such as “SC/OBC/PH/Ex-Serviceman Candidates:- Application For Cook Strictly as per format given in this advertisement within 21 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the newspapers.
