Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2013 – MT Driver, Fireman Vacancies: Indian Coast Guard, Coast Guard Region (West), Mumbai has issued notification for the recruitment of 21 MT Driver, Fitter, Sarang Lascar and other vacancies. Eligible candidates can send their applications with in 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement. 8. MTS (Safaiwala): 01 Post
9. MTS (Mali): 01 Post
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18-27 years for Post No.1& 2, 4 to 9, 18-30 years for Post No.3. The crucial date for determining the age limit is last date for receiving the applications. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Matriculation or equivalent and Must possess valid driving licence for both heavy and light motor vehicles, Certificate of competency as Sarang from a Govt. recognized institute or equivalent, Should have completed apprenticeship in the trade from Industrial Training Institute or other recognized institution, Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or equivalent. Refer the notification for post wise educational qualification details.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in written test, personnel interview and trade test.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format as given in notification along with attested copies of educational, technical, age proof, caste certificates etc, by super scribing the top of the envelope as “Application for the Post ____of”, to ordinary post only with in 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement.
Important Dates:
Date of Publication of Advt in Employment Newspaper: 27-04-2013 to 03-05-2013.
Last Date for Receipt of Applications is with in 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement.

As per the notification the Candidate should possess Matriculation and three years Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engg. Recognized by AICTE with 60% marks in aggregate and should be born between 01-02-1991 to 31-01-1995 to apply for the vacancies in Indian Coast guard. But the last date for applying online is already over.

sir/madam,i m pursuing a 4 yr diploma in tool & mould making from institute of tool room u .p. lucknow approved by aicte&going to pass out in dec 2 012 .i have applied for the post of yantrik.after accepting my form, an acknowledgement has been provided to me with mentioning the venue of exam. ihave all document by 3rd yr excepting the diploma.plz tell me that whether i should attend exam or not. i m highly obliged to you.

As per the notification the candidates have to enclose the copies of required documents like class 10th certificate/mark sheet
showing date of birth, three year diploma certificate along with mark sheet showing subjects and percentage of marks, caste certificate, NCC certificate/games certificate duly attested by the Gazetted Officer shall also be carried by the candidate and submitted at the examination center.

Sir iam ganesh iam applied for coast guard exam actually i dont have my 10th original memo but i have my diploma memo,can i come to written test also one more doubt sir my friend said to me for this exam on photocopie of hall ticket there is any sign and stamp of govt officer

1)As per the notification After submitting online application, candidates are required to print two copies of the application with number generated by the system. Both copies of the print out of application duly signed with photograph are to be carried by the applicant to the testing centre. Out of the two copies one copy enclosed with photocopies of all required documents i.e. class 10th certificate/mark sheet showing date of birth, three year diploma certificate along with mark sheet showing subjects and percentage of marks, caste certificate wherever required and NCC certificate/games certificate duly attested by the Gazetted Officer shall also be carried by the candidate and submitted at the examination centre.
2)Second copy without any enclosure is to be kept with the candidate as an identity proof during the selection procedure. Any candidate who does not carry all these documents at the time of test shall not be permitted to appear in the exam.

After the submission of online application the candidates have to attend the written exam which the date is not yet announced.

Sir while filling the form i have selected electronics n when i pressed sumbit button it had come electrical on that form n i have tryed again by selecting electronic then also it came mechanical .so when i had tryed other day it was coming correctly on form as electronics..so sir can i attend the written test..plz do reply.

There might be some problem in the server. Whatever is there in the print of the application will be saved in the server. If the details in the print of your application is correct, you can attend the exam.

As per the notification the candidates need not send any documents after filling the application form online.

SIR/MA’M, actually,right now i didn’t hav my 10 th original memo,it was submitted by me in our college.but, i have my original diploma certificate with me…may will it be a problem ?if i dont bring original 10 th memo..am planning to bring my xerox copy…plz give me suggestions…

As per the notification the candidates must take all original certificates with them to the exam center.
