ITBP Recruitment 2013 – 556 Constable (Tradesmen) Posts: Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India has issued notification for recruitment of 556 Constable (Tradesmen) posts in Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 31-05-2013. Name of Posts: Constable (Tradesmen)
1. Tailor: 43 Posts
2. Gardener: 22 Posts
3. Cobbler: 33 Posts
4. Water Carrier: 115 Posts
5. Safai Karamchari: 116 Posts
6. Cook: 117 Posts
7. Washer man: 56 Posts
8. Barber: 54 Posts
Age Limit: Candidate age must be between 18 to 23 years for post 1 to 3, 18 to 25 years for remaining posts as on 31-05-2013. Age relaxations will be extended as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Matric/ ITI/ Diploma in relevant trade from a recognized University or equivalent. For post wise details refer to the notification.
Application Fee: The candidates belonging to General and OBC category should pay the fee of Rs.50/- as application fee by means of “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)” only. CRFS stamps are available at the counter of all Post Offices of the country. Recruitment Fee Stamps should be pasted on the application form in the space earmarked for the purpose and got cancelled from the Counter of Post Office .
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Height Bar, PST, Race, Trade Test, Merit list, Checking of documents, Written Test and Medical Exam as per the post.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application form given in the notification, fill it with given all the mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe the “Application for the Post of ____ ” on the envelope and send it along with payment receipt and copies of all relevant certificates to the Post Box No 650, Industrial Area Chandigarh (UT) Pin code-160002 so as to reach before 31-05-2013 & for far flung areas before 07-06-2013.

As per the notification, the candidates having science subjects back ground in +2 and degree are eligible to apply for Head Constable, Sub-Inspector. you are eligible to apply for Constable (Animal Transport).
