Age Limit: Candidates should have maximum age of 50 years. Age relaxations are as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess Ph.D Degree with 55% marks with NET for Asst Professor Post and Graduate with the Subject (English) with B.Ed or equivalent Degree from recognized University for TGT post.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay the fee in the form of Demand Draft of Rs.500/- (Rs.125/- for SC/BC) and (Rs.100/- extra for the form downloaded from the website, if any), in favour of Finance Officer, M.D.University, Rohtak to the undersigned latest by 31-01-2013.
Application Form: Applications are available from the University Publication Cell on cash payment of Rs.100/- at sale counter (Rs.25/- for SC/BC of Haryana State only) and Rs.130/- by Registered Post (Rs.55/- for SC/BC) by sending demand draft in favour of Finance Officer, M.D.U., Rohtak.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on interview basis.
How to Apply: Candidates are requested to apply in a prescribed format, affix photograph, attest signature, enclose all necessary documentary proofs in support to age, community, experience, educational qualification certificates and send it to Assistant Registrar, Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak on or before 31-01-2013.
Last date for Submission of Applications: 31-01-2013.

Sir,i passed M.A.in Sanskrit with 52 percent,but the condition for professor vacancies is 55 percentage for general category but i have enrolled in employment exchange and many time 5% relaxation give for employment members which enrolled during long time can i have submit the form in given condition?

As per the notification 5% relaxation will provided from 55% of marks to the PhD Degree holders,who possess Masters Degree prior to 19-9-1991 and also for the SC/ST/Differently-able candidates both at the Graduation level and Masters Degree for the post of Assistant Professor in MDU.

As per the notification Candidates must be a Graduate with English Subject and have B.Ed in order to apply for the post of TGT(English)in MDU.

As per the notification, candidates who are or have been awarded Ph.D. degree in compliance of the University Grants Commission (minimum standards and procedures for award of Ph.D. degree), Regulation 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET for recruitment and appointment as Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Universities / Colleges/ Institutions for the posts of Assoc professors/Asst. Professors.
