Job Description
Recruit IT Professionals for Various Requirements.
Take care of Clients Requirements and place Software professionals.
To motivate the team and help them in meeting their targets by providing them resumes, guidance in short listing CVs, negotiation with the candidate.
To shortlist the candidate from HR and technical point of view before it is sent to the Client.
To ensure quality of resumes before they are sent to Client.
To ensure that team members meet the SLAs and get the stipulated joiners as set by the Head Resourcing.
Ensures that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
