RRC Secunderabad Recruitment 2012 – 1250 Group D Vacancies: Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) Secunderabad is inviting applications for 1250 Group D posts at South Central Railways through Open Market Recruitment. 1. Asst. Cook/ Bearer/Cleaner/ Commercial Porter – 18 vacancies
2. Trackman – 541 vacancies
3. Helper-II – 465 vacancies
4. Safaiwala – 14 vacancies
5. Assistant Points man – 212 vacancies

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must not be below 18 years nor it must be more than 33 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-01-2013. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates must be pass outs in 10 Class or ITI or equivalent.

Application Fee Details: Applicants belonging to Unreserved and OBC categories would require to pay application fee of Rs. 40/-. This fee amount must be remitted in form of crossed Demand Draft from State Bank of India or from any Nationalised Bank or in form of crossed Indian Postal Order. These payment receipts must be drawn in favour of “Assistant Personnel Officer (Recruitment), Railway Recruitment Cell, Secunderabad – 500 071 payable at Hyderabad or Secunderabad. SC/ST/Women/Minority Community/Economically Backward Candidates/PWD/EXSM are exempted from payment of fee.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Original document verification and Medical Examination.

How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the website www.scr.indianrailways.gov.in, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature and super scribe Application for Erstwhile Group-D Posts – Grade Pay  1800/-”, Employment Notice No. RRC/SCR/GROUP-D/1/2012’ on the envelope. The filled in Application must be sent along with payment receipt and Copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, Assistant Personnel Officer (Recruitment), Railway Recruitment Cell,  1^st Floor, ‘C’ Block,  Rail Nilayam, South Central Railway, Secunderabad – 500 071 on or before 17-09-2012 (Extended to 17-12-2012) only by ordinary post.
