SSC Assistant Grade III Eligibility: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) recruits Assistant Grade III Posts in General, Depot, Technical and Account Cadres in the FCI. The Eligibility Criteria followed by SSC for Assistant Grade III Posts has been detailed below…
SSC Assistant Grade III Eligibility Details:
1. Nationality: A candidate should be a citizen of India.
2. Age: Candidates’ age should not be more than 27 years.
3. Age Relaxation:
i. 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates
ii. 3 years for OBC candidates.
iii. 10 years in case of PH candidates.
iv. 15 years for PWD candidates belonging to SC/ST.
v. 13 yrs for PWD candidates belonging to OBC.
vi. Age is additionally relaxable by 5 years for those applicants who had ordinarily been domiciled in the Kashmir Division in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period 01-01-1980 to 31-12-1989.
vii. For Ex-servicemen the upper age limit shall be relaxed by allowing the deduction of length of actual military service from his actual age and the resultant age should not exceed the maximum age limit prescribed for the post by more than 3 years(8 years in case of SC/ST; 6 years in case of OBC candidates)
4. Educational Qualification:
For AG III (Generel): Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with proficiency in use of computers.
For AG-III (Accounts): Bachelor of Commerce from a recognized University with proficiency in use of computers.
For AG-III (Technical): i. B.Sc in Agriculture/Botany/Zoology/Bio-Technology/Bio-Chemistry/Microbiology/Food Science from a recognized University.
or
B.Tech./BE in Food Science/Food Science & Technology/Agricultural Engineering/Bio-Technology from a recognized University/an institution approved by AICTE.
ii. Proficiency in use of Computers.
For AG-III (Depot): Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with proficiency in use of computers.

As per the notification the candidates who completed graduation are eligible to apply for the Asst. grade-III posts in SSC. But the last date for applying is already over.

as i had given the fci exam but i m not sure that do paharma graduate are eligible or not as i m grduate with pharmacy as it is biology subject

As per the notification the candidates who completed B.Sc in Agriculture/ Botany/ Zoology/ Bio-Technology/ Bio-Chemistry/ Microbiology/ Food Science from a recognized University are only eligible to apply for the post of AG-III (Technical) in SSC. But the last date for applying is already over.
Sir, i am an electrical engineering graduate, so am i eligible for the AG-III ( Technical)?
