Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure 100% up-time for hardware systems
Management of software resources
Ensure 100% availability of power supply and optimal temperature to all production systems
Ensure availability of telecommunication systems on a 24/7 basis
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with Diploma in Computer Engineering/Hardware Maintenance or Graduates with exposure to computer hardware maintenance
60% aggregate (59.9% is not applicable)
Good English communication capabilities
Troubleshooting capabilities in computer systems
Basic exposure to Linux work stations and networks
A certification in Hardware or Electronics troubleshooting is preferred
A good knowledge of local market (Cochin) in computer systems and services
Willingness to work in shifts.
