Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 40 years as on 31-07-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class VIII with Driving Licence for driving car/ heavy vehicle with at least 5 years working experience in driving.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Technical Test and Interview.
How to Apply: Interested candidates can send applications with completer bio-data along with attested copies of testimonials and documents, recent passport size photograph so as to reach Secretary, Tea Board, 14, B T M Sarani (Brabourne Road), Kolkata-700001 on or before 31-07-2013.

Can i get the syllabus for the development officer posts?
I am doing b.tech,Agriculture engg(final year) can i know whether i am eligible to apply for this tea board industry exam if so which post should i apply?

As per the notification candidates must possess Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Instrumentation/ Agriculture and have two years experience in tea or coffee factory registered with Tea or Coffee board or Govt Licensed Food Processing and Packaging Factory in order to apply for the post of Factory Advisory Officer in Tea Board of India.
I have already submitted my application for the post of D.O.But I want to know is there any probability of vacancy in kolkata tea board?
Please give an out line to prepare for development officer,books to be read.

As per the notification Candidates must have Degree in the Concern fields in order to apply for various posts in Tea Board of India.
