Experience : 0 to 1 or more years of related manual testing experience in the areas of flash memory testing and software QA testing. Designation Test Engineer Job Description -The individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting --systems and equipment. The individual will prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures for new products. -The individual will plan the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices. -The individual should have worked experience on manual testing in the areas of flash memory testing and software QA testing. -Test automation experience will be added advantage. -The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. -The individual must be self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have also demonstrated ability to work well with people and have a proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. -In addition, the individual must have the abilities to work effectively cross-functionally, coordinate priorities and initiatives,troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are required.
