Kolkata Port Trust, is inviting applications from the Indian citizens to recruit 15 trainee pilots at Kolkata Dock System:
Trainee Pilots: 15 Posts
1. Master (FG)/ Dredge Master- Grade-1
Remuneration: Bottom of regular pay scale of Rs. 14500-350-18700 which will be at least Rs. 40000/- per month in the pre-revised scale
Training Period: 23 Months
2. 1st Mates (FG)/ Dredge Master- Grade II
Remuneration: Rs. 35,000/-
Training Period: 29 Months
3. 2nd Mates (FG)/ B. Sc. Nautical Science/Dredge Mate-Grade 1
Remuneration: Rs. 30,000/-
Training Period: 44 Months
Pay Scale: Rs. 14000-350-18700/- on Successful completion of training.

Application in plain paper furnishing detailed bio-data with two recent passport size photographs should be submitted in sealed envelop super scribed “Application for the post of Trainee Pilots at Kolkata Dock System” to the Director, Marine Department, Kolkata Port Trust, 15 Strand Road, Kolkata – 700 001.
Last date of receipt of applications is 20th August, 2010.
