Vacancy details : 1)Customer Relationship Ececutives : 250 vacancies on contract basis (SC-38,ST-20,OBC-69,UR-123) Age: 21-30 years as on 22-09-2010 (subject to relaxation as per reservation policy) Qualification : i)The candidate should be graduate in Arts / Science / commerce with agregate of 60 % marks. ( 55 % for sc,st,obc,pwd) and ii) candidate should be an an MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management from a Institution having approval of AICTE. iii)Those who has soft skills like with good communication skills, pleasant manners and convincing abilities with creative bent of mind and drive will be preferred. Pay scale : 20000 Rs per month fixed sallary and other some benifits available Duration of contract : Intially the term period 2 years, but after this period the bank satisfy with candidates performance, it can be prolonged further 2 years. Selection Process : A constituted comiittee shall short list the candidates for a group discussion followed by a personal interview if there is large numer of candidates the bank will have choice to conduct preliminary written test to short list candidates. After submitting the On-Line Application Form, candidates are required to obtain two Print-outs of the Computerised System Generated Application Form. On one Print-out of the System Generated Printed Application Form, firmly paste with ONE passport size photograph, duly signed across, at the appropriate place on the first page, and keep ready for submission to the Bank, along with one set of photocopies of documents listed in (c), (d), (e) & (f) below, only when invited for the Personal Interview. The second Print-out of the Application Form may be kept by the candidate for his record.
