Job Description :
•Opportunity to work on a leading BI Tool
• Providing the application support on various platforms
• This profile includes a combination of support on architecture & design side of the product
Desired Profile :
Technical Skills -
• Knowledge of Operating System (Windows / Linux)
• Practical knowledge on TCP IP
• CCNA certification or course would be given an additional advantage
• Should have skills to troubleshoot technical issues
• Good Knowledge of Modems, Routers, ISPs, Ping, File Types, etc.
• Willing to work in night shifts - mandatory
Communication Skills -
Candidates with exceptionally excellent English communication Skills (Written & Verbal) only are eligible here
