Application fee: Candidates paid the fee in the form of Demand draft for Rs 300/- for General candidates, Rs 150/- for SC/ST/Cat-1 candidates in favor of Managing Director, Karnataka Residential Educational Institutions Society, payable at Bengaluru.
How to apply: The OMR Application Forms are available at all district Public Education Departments from 02/05/2011 to 25/05/2011 till 5.30 pm. Candidates filled the OMR Application Form and submit the application form where you have purchased the designed Karnataka Residential Educational Institutions Society counters and get the acknowledgment receipt.
Important dates:
Last date for receipt of application: 25/05/2011 till 5.30 pm.
Date of written examination: 24/07/2011 to 27/07/2011.

Hi friends, I have missed by FDA first list by 0.28%, is there any chances i would select in second list? somebody told that there is no second provisional list for FDA, is it true if any one know regarding this please inform me..
