4. Senior Tuberculosis Laboratory Supervisor (STLS): 01 Post
5. GNM: 02 Posts
6. Laboratory Technician: 02 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should be not more than 65 years for S.No-01, 40 years for S.No-02, 03, 04, 05, 06 as on 01-01-2018. Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt norms.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS or equivalent degree, Must have completed compulsory rotatory internship for S.No-01, Post Graduation, Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler with experience for S.No-02, Graduate Degree (B. Com) for S.No-03, Graduation, Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler for S.No-04, Completed GNM course for S.No-05, HS or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Biology, 2 years Diploma course in Medical Laboratory Technology for S.No-06.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer test & Interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay Rs.100/- (Rs.50/- for reserved categories) by Demand Draft in favour of “District Health & Family Welfare Samiti Malda”.
