Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18 to 38 years as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation will be 5 years for SC/ ST/ Back ward classes, 10 years for PH candidates & for others will be applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree in engineering in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized university or institution for Sr.No:1(i) Post, B.Sc (Home Science/ B.Sc/ B.A, B.Ed degree from recognized university or institution for Sr.No:1(ii) Post, Degree in relevant discipline for Sr.No:2 Post, Diploma in Computer Science from a recognized Board/ Institution for Sr.No:3 Post, Degree of Bachelor of Library and Information Science from a recognized university or institution for Sr.No:4 Post.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test, interview.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay fee by downloading Bank Slip through website and should make payment of fee at any Canara Bank Branch on or before 20-06-2014.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through website http://dte.applyforexam.com/ from 26-05-2014 to 24-06-2014.
Instructions to Apply Online:
1. Log on through the website http://dte.applyforexam.com/.
2. Read all Instructions carefully.
3. Click on the “Online Registration”.
4. Fill the basic information, Candidate can apply for more than one post by selecting more than one post and paying the total fee of all the selected posts.
5. Before submitting the application, check all the details carefully, if any.
6. Press “Submit” button to register.
7. By clicking on the submit button, a page with Registration Number, Login ID and Password will be generated.
8. Note down Registration Number, Login ID and Password or take a print out copy of application.
9. Download Bank Slip, for payment at bank, by clicking on Bank Slip “Click here to download your bank slip”.
10. Go to any Canara bank branch, deposit the fee, 2 counter foils of Bank Slip will be given.
11. Ensure that Bank Branch code is written on the Bank Slip.
12. Wait for 48 to 72 hrs for the payment is coinfirmed against candidates Registration No.
13. Now go to http://dte.applyforexam.com, Login yourself.
14. Click on the “Edit Form”, fill the relevant details & upload the “Photograph & Signature”.
15. After giving all the “Candidate Profile” information, click on the “Save” button.
16. Now provide Qualification, Technical Qualification & Experience information.
17. Click on the “Conformation button to lock the application form, once confirmed no correction/ modification shall be allowed.
18. Take the printout copies of Registration Number, application form and proof of payment of application fee by candidate.
19. Candidates may Download and Print your Admission Card using your login ID and Password.
