Indian Bank Specialist Officer Selection Procedure Details: Indian Bank recruits Specialist Officers on the basis of the Specialist Officers Common Written Exam conducted by IBPS. The Candidates who possess a valid score card are only eligible to apply for the Specialist Officer Vacancies. Indian Bank Selection Procedure details: Indian Bank Specialists Officer Selection Process is based on TWSS Score, Group Discussion and/or Interview.

Selection Procedure:

1. IBPS Specialist Officer Common Written Exam: The Candidates who possess a valid score card issued by IBPS in the Specialist Officers Common Written Exam and have the score mentioned by Indian Bank are only eligible.

2. Group Discussion: Depending upon the number of vacancies, Total Weighted Standard Score (TWS Score) in the Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS, will be called for Group Discussion.

3. Interview: The candidates who secure the qualifying marks in the Group Discussion will be considered for interview.
