This recruitment is open only to candidates who have already completed the 6-month Recorders Certificate Class Course (RCCC) Training at the Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati, and have been declared proficient in both Survey and Settlement subjects by an official result declared by the Director of Land Records & Surveys, prior to 13.08.2026.
