League of Legends patch notes 25.18 will be released on September 10. League of Legends with the arrival of the long-awaited T1 Worlds 2024 skins and groundbreaking changes to core gameplay systems. After T1's fifth World Championship victory, their commemorative skins finally arrive featuring unique designs that celebrate each player's signature moments.
This patch also introduces significant champion adjustments with Briar receiving a mini-rework and Illaoi facing substantial nerfs. Briar - The Restrained Hunger

These changes aim to shift Briar's damage profile while improving clarity for opponents facing her ultimate. The physical damage conversion opens up new build paths while the ultimate changes give enemies more reaction time.
Nerfs - Power Adjustments
Illaoi - The Kraken Priestess
Game designer Spideraxe has already pushed out some initial changes for Illaoi, who is getting hit with a major nerf on her passive and a lower AD ratio on her W Patch Notes. The specifics include:
- Passive - Prophet of an Elder God: Tentacle spawn radius significantly reduced
- W - Harsh Lesson: AD ratio decreased
- E - Test of Spirit: Vessel duration increased from 3 to 4 seconds
Despite her relatively low pick rate, Illaoi's win rate in certain matchups warranted these adjustments. The reduced passive range will limit her zone control while maintaining her identity as a lane bully.
