Are Quad and King Still Together from Married to Medicine?
Quad has been dating King on Married to Medicine and she still presents him as her current boyfriend. In early 2025 she spoke about their relationship for Valentine’s Day and described him as supportive and present in her life not as an ex.
Later in the year she gave more updates where she again spoke of King in the present tense. There has been no statement from Quad or Bravo that they broke up or went separate ways.
What they have said about each other?
In Bravo interviews Quad has said King makes her feel safe and loved and that they work through issues together. She has pushed back on people online who claim the relationship is fake and called him “my man” while defending him.
Fans have seen tension and emotional scenes on the show which led to breakup rumors. Still both of them keep showing up together in clips events and updates tied to the series.
Plans for the future
Quad has been open that she wants a child with King and has discussed IVF plans with Dr Jackie.
At BravoCon 2025 she again talked about doing IVF and linked that plan directly to her relationship with King which signals they are still together and planning ahead.
She also spoke about living arrangements and how King fits into her home life which again frames him as a current partner. Nothing recent from her suggests a split or new partner so the current picture is that Quad and King remain a couple.
