Bengal Files Box Office Collection Day 5: Holding the Line or Losing Steam?
On its fifth day, Vivek Agnihotri’s "The Bengal Files" tried to steady itself after a bumpy Monday, but early estimates suggest only a modest climb.
According to Sacnilk, the film earned around ₹1.35 crore net on Tuesday, pushing its India net collection to approximately ₹9.19 crore. Not the stuff of blockbuster dreams, but not entirely sinking either.
Bengal Files Box Office Collection Day 5 (Day Wise)
Day 1: ₹1.75 crore
Day 2: ₹2.25 crore
Day 3: ₹2.75 crore
Day 4: ₹1.15 crore
Day 5: ₹1.29 crore (early estimate)
Total (India net): ₹9.19 crore
Occupancy remained uneven. Hindi shows on Tuesday averaged around 19–20%, with a slightly livelier pulse in evening slots hitting 25%. Morning shows were still ghost towns unless you count the lone college kid napping through half the film.
Bengal Files Worldwide Box Office Collection
The overseas figure has barely shifted, still camped around ₹1.5–1.6 crore overall, with Tuesday adding very little. That puts the film’s rough worldwide collection slightly above ₹10.5 crore gross, inching along but not lighting sparks across territories.
Bengal Files Regional Highlights
The metro mood hasn’t changed dramatically:
-
Bengaluru and Chennai kept their weekday numbers comparatively steadier than northern metros.
-
Mumbai and NCR still struggled to lure weekday walk-ins.
-
West Bengal continues to offer negligible numbers since screenings remain restricted.
For curiosity’s sake, Pune’s late-night shows saw some youthful chatter, but the Hindi belt remains lukewarm. No sudden rally yet.
