Honkai Nexus Anima Pre-Register
Pre-registration for Honkai: Nexus Anima’s first closed beta—called the Nexus Bond Test—is open now, running from August 29 through September 12, 2025. All you have to do is hit the official Honkai Nexus site, create (or dust off) your HoYoverse account, and fill out their questionnaire. No, it doesn’t guarantee a spot. And yes, there’s a bit of nail-biting involved—especially if you’ve been burned by betas before.
On Twitter, Honkai: Nexus Anima (@HonkaiNA) announced that the "Nexus Bond Test" recruitment is now open, running from August 29, 2025, at 12:00 (UTC+8) to September 12, 2025, at 23:59 (UTC+8).
What actually makes this interesting? Players who get in can freely record and share gameplay, which is pretty rare. Usually, some NDA is floating around, so it’s nice knowing this time everything’s out in the open.
I remember, back when Star Rail was first announced, half my Discord spun theories just off a blurry screenshot from a rogue beta tester. Now, it feels like HoYoverse is leaning into that chaos—just share, speculate, make memes if it helps control the anxiety while waiting for an invite.
Nexus Bond Test PC and iOS Requirements
The beta is locked to PC and iOS users. That’s harsh if you’re running Android, but at least they published actual specs this time—which makes predicting beta performance slightly less like throwing dice.
For PC, they’re asking for:
-
Windows 10 64-bit or higher
-
Intel i5 (11th Gen) or AMD Ryzen 5 5000 series
-
RTX 2060 or Radeon RX 5600 XT (so no more running new Honkai games on grandpa’s office PC)
-
16GB RAM
-
And a beefy 15GB of free storage—you’re going to want space for all those Kiana clips.
On iOS, it’s iPhone 12 Pro and above, iOS 14.0 or higher, 6GB RAM, and 10GB of space. My battered old iPad is definitely jealous.
Actual cross-platform play is supported, which is always a relief—nothing worse than being locked out when swapping devices midway through a game event. Just don’t expect to share accounts with your cousin, since cross-account sharing is strictly forbidden.
And for anyone with obsessive tendencies (like myself), yes, all beta data is wiped once the test wraps. So, no, your god-tier pulls won’t survive transition. Try to embrace the impermanence, I guess?
Honkai Nexus Anima Pre-Order
Honkai: Nexus Anima is expected to be free-to-play, so at launch, most people will just roll straight from download to gameplay. But—and this matters—if HoYoverse ever pushes the game onto consoles like PlayStation 5, you better believe pre-orders with bonus loot will show up. This is how gacha games roll, after all.
For now, just focus on pre-registering and maybe scoping out Steam, Epic, or your app store of choice for wishlist tags. My personal ritual is adding the game to every platform I own, just in case a surprise beta pops for a device I forgot I had.
