Keith Urban Releases Deluxe Album Release Date

Keith Urban just dropped his High (Deluxe Edition) on October 17, 2025, and fans are buzzing like guitar strings right after a killer solo. The album expands on his 2024 release High, adding a handful of live tracks recorded during his High and Alive World Tour. If you caught him live this year, chances are one of those nights ended up on the album, lucky you!

It’s got eighteen tracks in total, clocking in at just over an hour. Six of those are live recordings, gritty, rich, and real. The kind that reminds you why people still line up for country concerts on chilly nights.

What’s New in the Deluxe Edition

The deluxe version doesn’t just repackage the old hits. It adds energy, sweat, and a little bit of Nashville heartbreak. Among the extras are live renditions of “Straight Line,” “Go Home W U” (with Lainey Wilson), “Heart Like a Hometown,” and “Messed Up As Me.”

And then two songs made surprise debuts during the tour:

  • Laughin’ All The Way To The Drank
  • Chuck Taylors

Funny thing, “Chuck Taylors” actually started as a jam Urban did in soundchecks. Fans loved it so much, he ended up recording it for real. It’s kind of poetic, turning a backstage moment into a full track.

Why It Feels Like a Celebration

This release isn’t just an album drop; it’s the closing note of a huge chapter. Urban wrapped his High and Alive World Tour at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena this week, and the deluxe release feels like his personal encore.

And because he’s clearly not one to rest, Urban’s also starring in a new CBS series, The Road, premiering October 19. The show follows up-and-coming country musicians competing for a major career break,  kind of like The Voice meets Yellowstone, but with more denim and heart.

Honestly, between the album, the tour, and the show, October 2025 feels like peak Keith Urban season,  and fans couldn’t ask for a better soundtrack.
