Interestingly, some reports suggest that Saitama might take somewhat of a back seat this season, with more focus on the S-Class heroes and their individual battles.
This could provide more character development for the supporting cast while maintaining the show's signature humor and spectacular action sequences.

How does Season 2 of One-Punch Man End?
The second season of One-Punch Man concludes with Episode 12, titled "The Wiping of the Disciple's Butt," leaving viewers at a pivotal moment in the ongoing narrative.
This episode centers on the intense confrontation between Garou and his former master, Bang, alongside Bang's brother, Bomb. Despite Garou's formidable resistance, he is ultimately overwhelmed by their combined strength.
As the battle reaches its climax, Phoenix Man intervenes, rescuing the battered Garou and retreating, signaling the Hero Hunter's deeper entanglement with the Monster Association.
