Oppo Reno 15 Launch Date
Oppo launched the Reno 15 series in China on 17 November 2025. The India launch is not done yet but leaks suggest the series will arrive around January 2026.
Reports say Oppo is testing Reno 15 units for global markets including India. So the phone is expected in early 2026 rather than much later in the year.
Oppo Reno 15 Features
Reno 15 uses a MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chip for better performance in gaming and camera tasks. The phone runs Android 16 with ColorOS 16 which brings new UI tweaks and long term software support.
The display is around 6 point 3 inches with 1 point 5K resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling. It uses an OLED or AMOLED panel with slim bezels and a metal frame body with IP rating for dust and water resistance.
The rear camera setup highlights a 200 MP Samsung HP5 main sensor with OIS for sharper photos in low light. It is paired with a 50 MP ultra wide camera and a 50 MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom for flexible shooting.
On the front there is a 50 MP selfie camera for detailed photos and video calls. Battery capacity is reported around 6 thousand plus mAh with 80 watt wired charging and 50 watt wireless charging support.
Oppo Reno 15 Price
In China the Oppo Reno 15 starts at 2 thousand 999 yuan for the 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage model. This comes to roughly 37 thousand rupees when converted for the base version.
Higher variants go up to 3 thousand 999 yuan for 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage which is about 50 thousand rupees. For India most estimates place the starting price around 39 thousand 990 to 40 thousand rupees depending on offers and taxes.
Pricing is still tagged as expected for India so final numbers may move a little at launch. Overall Reno 15 seems set to compete in the upper mid range with focus on camera power and a big battery.
