Primavera Sound 2026 Lineup

Primavera Sound 2026? Oh, it’s stacked. They’re cramming Parc del Fòrum with legends, wild cards, pop oddballs, and more genres than you’d catch on a week-long Spotify binge. The Cure leads the bill, sliding in with their iconic goth shimmer, still sounding relevant, sort of like finding your old band shirt and realising it (surprisingly) fits. Then there’s Doja Cat, who will likely hijack the crowd with TikTok-worthy anthems and one or two surreal stage props. Remember the time she rapped while munching on a salad during Primavera 2022? Yeah, expect something equally weird and entertaining.

You’ve got The xx returning after a Faroe Islands sabbatical, plus Gorillaz dropping tracks from their new album “The Mountain.” Massive Attack, who have never played Primavera before, are a genuine cause for celebration if atmospheric trip-hop counts as a reason to party (and for some of us, that’s a big yes). PinkPantheress turns up, fresh from meme stardom, and Addison Rae, yes, the TikTok one, will probably out-dance all of us. Shoegaze icons My Bloody Valentine, Mac DeMarco (still the indie slacker king), Slowdive, Father John Misty, Big Thief, Blood Orange, and a wild spread of Euro talent (hello, Kneecap and Wet Leg) round things out. The feeling? Big, slightly bonkers, and deliciously unpredictable.

Honestly, the most fun way to approach the lineup is with a loose plan and lots of flexibility. There’s always some gem hidden lower down the poster. Last year, I wandered into a tent for water and ended up catching a surprise set by a band called “Yard Act.” They blew my socks off and I haven’t looked at socks (or surprise sets) the same way since.

Here’s a taste, in less-than-perfect bullet points (because the full lineup’s a beast to tame):

  • The Cure

  • Doja Cat

  • The xx

  • Gorillaz

  • Massive Attack

  • PinkPantheress

  • Addison Rae

  • My Bloody Valentine

  • Mac DeMarco

  • Slowdive

  • Wet Leg

  • Father John Misty

  • Lola Young

  • Big Thief

  • Skrillex

  • Kneecap

  • Jade, Blood Orange, Ethel Cain, Little Simz, Yard Act, Knocked Loose, Peggy Goux, the list goes on.

So, whatever mood you’re in, there’ll be something for you, even if that “mood” is just wanting to see what the crowd does when the WiFi dies.

How to Buy Tickets

To cut to the chase: buy your tickets early, and don’t overthink it, deliberate too long, and you’ll end up in a Reddit help thread begging for resale links. The Fan Sale opens bright and early (11:00 CEST) on September 29th. You have exactly 24 hours (or until they sell out, which sometimes happens faster than your morning coffee disappears) to grab yours. Registration is live until September 28th, and that step is crucial; messing this up is like showing up at the wrong airport; you just don’t want to risk it.

Once registration is sorted, head to the official Fever app or AccessTicket page when doors open on September 29th. There’s a slight adrenaline rush to refreshing the page; it’s not quite like catching a pick at a gig, but it’ll do for a Monday morning. Tickets start around €295 for the full festival pass during Fan Sale, going up to €350 in general sale if you wait. VIP tickets, for those flush with cash (or an intense need for better toilets), hit €545, and trust me, those bathrooms are magical if you’ve just spilled free beer all over yourself.
