PUBG Update 37.1 Patch Notes
PUBG Update 37.1 brings a big shakeup: DMRs finally get nerfed, and flashy Bugatti rides hit the battleground for the first time. Old crate skins rotate out, new anti-cheat tech steps in, and gameplay gets a twist that’ll spark fresh strategies for everyone.

Collaboration: Bugatti
Bugatti Container

An exclusive Bugatti container is available on the starting islands of Erangel, Miramar, Sanhok, Vikendi, Taego, Deston, and Rondo.

The container can only be unlocked by players who own Bugatti skins.

If multiple Bugatti skins are concurrently equipped, the system will randomly select one to display.

Only the player who unlocks the container and their teammates can operate or ride in the Bugatti vehicle.

This feature can be utilized from the start of the match until players board the plane; once they do, the previously positioned container and the Bugatti vehicle will disappear.

Available in Normal Match, Ranked, and Casual Mode.

The Bugatti containers are available for one month.
Misc

Customize - Vehicle - Special Skins - Edit Skin

Even after the conclusion of the sales/rewards period, unacquired items will remain visible, distinguished by a lock icon.

Gunplay
DMR Rebalance
The DMR Rebalance introduced through Gunplay Labs will be officially implemented in Update 37.1.

Reduced DMR damage by about 12%.

Reduced DMR RPM by about 45%, except for the Dragunov and Mk14.

The VSS's damage and RPM remain unchanged.
Gameplay
Red Zone

The duration of each Red Zone instance has been slightly reduced.

Fixed an issue where the final Red Zone bombing would not occur on 8x8 km maps.

The total number of Red Zone bombardments remains unchanged, with the final bombing ending at the end of Phase 2.

The initial Red Zone on 8x8 km maps will now appear later than before.
Bot Refinement

Bots have been improved to behave more naturally in various situations.
Spawn Changes

The Canted Sight has been removed from every spawn spot.

(PC) Accordingly, the Inventory slot previously used for the Canted Sight has been removed.

Fixed spawn spots for the Inflatable Boat have been added to Deston, but the total spawn quantity remains unchanged.
Vehicles
- The seatbacks of the Mirado and Food Truck now block bullets, matching other vehicles.

PUBG Update 37.1 launches August 13, 2025, for PC, and it’ll land on consoles August 21. That means: if you’re a night owl (or, you know, someone who sets an alarm for patch days), expect live servers to go down for maintenance starting at midnight UTC for about 8.5 hours, so don’t expect to sneak in a quick round before breakfast if you’re on European time! When everything wraps up, you’ll hop back into a slightly different landscape, bristling with new tweaks and toys.
Update 37.1 hits PC on August 13, 2025, after a maintenance marathon that starts at midnight UTC (5:30 AM IST if you’re in India and like staying up way too late). Console players, you’re waiting a little longer, but let’s be real: even for PC folks, that 8.5-hour wait is just enough time to double-check your crate inventories and possibly regret that one loot crate you never opened.
