Splatoon 3
Splatoon 3 is a third-person shooter video game made by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. It is the third game in the Splatoon series and follows Splatoon 2. The game includes online multiplayer modes (both player vs. player and player vs. environment) and a single-player story mode. Players use colorful ink-based weapons to battle and complete missions.
Nintendo first showed a teaser for Splatoon 3 on February 17, 2021. The game was officially released on September 9, 2022. It received mostly good reviews, with praise for its new maps, fun single-player campaign, more ways to customize characters, and solid gameplay. However, some players had issues with matchmaking, online disconnections, and the lack of brand-new content.
