Taskmaster season 20 will officially premiere at 9pm on Thursday, 11th September 2025 on Channel 4, with new episodes released weekly afterward. For viewers outside the UK, episodes are also released on YouTube at 10pm BST (5pm EST/2pm PST) on the same day, so nobody (hopefully) needs to dodge too many spoilers in their group chats

Anecdotes & Random Thoughts
This cast instantly gave off strong “sibling rivalry at holiday dinner” energy. One episode in, Joanne was already making up rules on the fly and Jack refused to run (but possibly jogged with intent). Sophie’s approach to a painting challenge involved more existential dread than actual paint — I related, as my last attempt at art involved a stick figure shark and tears of frustration. Nick, meanwhile, spent a whole task talking about entropy, which feels like classic Taskmaster.
