Who Left Celebrity SAS Last Night?
Last night’s Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins was a chaos-fueled “double exit” special, with not one but two stars walking out each for very human, distinctly different reasons. If your group chat feels just a little emptier today, it might be because Lady Leshurr and Rebecca Loos both handed in their armbands.
Let’s not sugarcoat it: the viaduct challenge, just hearing the word “viaduct” makes my knees feel wobbly, was the undoing for both.
-
Lady Leshurr bowed out first, after quietly leaving a note (a very civilised way to quit a brutal reality show) and asking to speak to the staff. The reason? Her neck. Yeah, she'd hurt it in an earlier challenge, and while we all love a tough competitor, going back for more with a dodgy neck would be, frankly, daft. The Directing Staff (the gruff SAS trainers who take zero prisoners, literally or emotionally) told her not to risk it, so she left—leaving the rest of the group genuinely shocked when they found her goodbye note.

Rebecca Loos, meanwhile, had her nemesis face off with a different kind of pain: pure, undiluted terror. Heights are no joke, and the prospect of stepping onto the bridge for that jump proved too much. Even when coaxed by her fellow celebs (and I imagine a hefty supply of nervous laughter and shaky support), she couldn’t set foot on the edge. She tried tears, apologies, classic Loos vulnerability—but ultimately, she quit. Nothing but respect for walking (not jumping) away when you're done. That means two more have joined this season’s exodus.
Who Narrates Celebrity SAS?
Shaun Dooley narrates Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins. You might know his steady, slightly gravelly tones from other TV documentaries, or maybe you just recognize the voice you secretly associate with muddy boots and shouting. Below is an Instagram post shared by the narrator, Celebrity SAS @shaun_dooley_:

His narration style is no-nonsense, less reality show glitz, more “here’s what’s about to go down, brace yourselves”. Somehow, he manages to add gravity to even the silliest drama making it sound as if SAS selection is genuinely at stake, rather than the unspoken competition to see who can have the best viral breakdown.
The DS (that’s SAS-speak for “Directing Staff”) do the in-camp barked orders, but Dooley’s the one connecting the dots, slightly judging us all for enjoying the spectacle.
Celebrity SAS Contestants for 2025
The current batch has already seen plenty of drama, with multiple celebs walking on that first brutal day (and more soon after). Here’s a quick run-down of the 2025 lineup—including those still standing and the ones who’ve already hit their limit:
Who’s Already Left
-
Hannah Spearritt (S Club 7) – out on Day 1. Pop star stamina only gets you so far.
-
Louie Spence (Dancing on Ice judge, flamboyant dance maestro)—ditto, Day 1 exit. Sometimes, jazz hands aren’t enough.
-
Lady Leshurr – recent exit, neck injury.
-
Rebecca Loos – latest to leave, fear of heights.
Who’s Still Hanging On (for dear life)
Here’s who’s managed to stick it out as of now:
-
Adam Collard (reality TV hunk, famously tough, recently openly emotional—respect)
-
Lucy Spraggan (singer-songwriter with more heart than most)
-
Bimini (drag royalty, high-fashion attitude, surprisingly efficient under pressure)
-
Conor Benn (professional boxer) brings genuine “could punch a wall” energy.
-
Michaella McCollum (known for a notorious past, surprisingly focused)
-
Troy Deeney (former Premier League footballer, big presence)
