Who Won the Melbourne Cup 2025?

Half Yours won the 2025 Melbourne Cup at Flemington Racecourse on Tuesday, November 5, 2025. Ridden by jockey Jamie Melham and trained by Tony & Calvin McEvoy, Half Yours finished 2.75 lengths ahead of the field, starting from barrier 8 and running the 3200m in a strong performance. The five-year-old Australian-bred horse paid $16 for the win, marking Jamie Melham as just the second female jockey to win the Cup, ten years after Michelle Payne’s historic victory.
