Cooper & Fry Cast

Mandip Gill stars as Diane Fry. She is a detective too. Her character is new to the area. She transferred from Leeds. Gill is well-known for her role in Doctor Who. She played Yasmin Khan.

The story’s small town, Edendale, is fictional. It borrows from real places in the Peak District. But most street scenes and village moments are actually Irish towns standing in for Derbyshire.
