Tekken 8 Patch Notes 2.06
Tekken 8 just dropped its much-awaited Patch 2.06 update, and it’s a big one for fighters and fans alike. Rolling out globally from October 13–14, this update introduces Armor King as a new playable DLC character, adds fresh shop content, and fixes a bunch of character behavior glitches that had competitive players fuming.

Impact of Update
The following changes will take effect in each mode and feature after the update:
DOWNLOADED REPLAYS / MY REPLAY & TIPS
Replay data created before the update will no longer be playable.
ONLINE REPLAY
All replay data created before the update will be deleted.
SUPER GHOST BATTLE / GHOST MATCH / Ghost vs Ghost
The behavior and performance adjustments applied to each character after the update will be reflected in ghost data.
Ghost data will not be deleted.

Support for “Armor King,” scheduled to be distributed via each platform’s store on the following dates:
1. Early Access

Character Move Behavior Fixes
In V2.06, adjustments have been made primarily to hitboxes and collision detection to address unintended behaviors.
Improvements have been made to sound effects, voiceovers, and visual effects to enhance overall quality.

TEKKEN (@TEKKEN) announced on Twitter (X) that Patch 2.06 for TEKKEN 8 will be released on October 13th at 15:00 PDT, October 14th at 7:00 JST, and October 14th at 0:00 CEST.
