Will Ghost of Yotei be on PC?
Ghost of Yotei is only on PlayStation 5 right now. Sucker Punch and Sony launched it as an exclusive. There is no PC version available today.
Most people expect a PC release one or two years from now. Sony has shifted to putting exclusives on PC fairly quickly. Ghost of Tsushima took almost four years, but newer games like Spider Man 2, God of War Ragnarok, and Stellar Blade moved to PC in a year or two.
There is no official PC release date for Ghost of Yotei. Sucker Punch has not announced one. So for now, if someone wants to play it, getting a PlayStation is the only option.
Still, given Sony’s pattern, Ghost of Yotei will likely hit PC before 2028. Some news sites predict late 2026 or some time in 2027. That could change, but that’s what most are guessing. It is almost guaranteed to get a PC port eventually. Sony gets more money bringing its big games to more platforms.
No workarounds exist for PC players at this point. The game isn’t on Steam or Epic. No leaked builds or surprise drops. That could frustrate some fans, but it’s how Sony does things now. PlayStation gets a head start, then PC comes later.
Ghost of Yotei is getting good reviews. People like the combat, the open world, and the Kurosawa-style looks. That means the push for a PC version is strong. Still, the developers want the PlayStation release to run for a while. That’s why the wait for PC is almost certain.
In summary: the game will eventually be on PC, but not soon. Expect a wait. Most likely late 2026, maybe 2027. No official date. If people want to play now, the PlayStation 5 is the only way.
