1. Junior Scale Stenographer: 09 Posts
2. Steno Typist: 11 Posts

Age limit: Candidates age should be between 18 to 37 years as on 01-01-2011 (Age Relaxation is as per Govt rules).

Educational Qualification: Should be graduate form recognized university

Selection process: Candidates will be selected based on stenography test

Application Fee: Rs 700/-(General category and other category), Rs 350/- for SC & Ex-Serv candidates. Pay fee through demand draft/pay order/Cheque in favor of Director Food and Civil Supplies payable at Chandigarh.

How to apply: Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format and send along with two recent passport size photographs affixed the application form, to the following address, Director Food & Civil Supplies, Jeevandeep Building (LIC), Sector 17 B, Chandigarh, on or before 06-01-2012.
