4. Accounts Officer: 11 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should be 45 years for Post 1 & 2, 40 years for post 3 & 4 as on 01-07-2012. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in relevant field for post 1, Graduate in Law for post 2 & 3, Chartered Accountant/ ICWA/ MBA in Finance for post 4 with desired experience as per the post.

Application fee: Candidates need to pay the fee in the form of a crossed demand draft, only for the post of Law Officer & Accounts Officer of Rs. 400/- only (for SC-Category of Uttarakhand State Rs. 200 only) in favour of EE(HQ), UPCL payable at Dehradun from a scheduled bank. Candidate must write Name and post/ post code on the back of the Demand Draft.

Selection Process: Selection to the posts of Dy. Chief Personnel Officer & Sr. Law Officer will be done on the basis of Interview. Selection to the posts of Law Officer & Accounts Officer will be done on the basis of Written Examination in the concerned subjects followed by Interview.

How to Apply: Interested candidates may send the application in prescribed format, along with a self attested recent passport size photograph should be pasted on the application form given the space, together with attested copies of required essentials and enclosures and Demand draft, by Registered/ Speed post or Courier by super scribing the envelope “Application for the post of  Dy.
