Applicants must have very strong communication skills and excellent English writing ability. They must have a post-graduate degree from a reputable institution and be proficient with using web-based applications. Hands-on experience/knowledge of working with computers, browsing on internet and using Internet Explorer or other browsers
Job Description
TK20 (India) is looking for young professionals who will be trained to become knowledge bearers for the TK20 suite of online applications, used in many American colleges and universities. They will be the experts in the design, functional working and use of the application.
They will provide online support to the customers by addressing their design related quires, provide solutions to operational and functional needs, guide them on the right course of action and selection of tools as well as how to use the system effectively.
They will also document all support inquiries, develop and review content for knowledge base, review knowledge based instructions and provide appropriate information to resolve issues using designated help desk tool.
There will be no voice calls.
An English and IQ test will be administered for selection of trainees.
Successful candidates will be offered a trainee position with a fixed stipend.
The training period will be of four Months.
After the successful completion of training, a permanent position will be offered.
