PNB Recruitment 2012 – Apply Online for 2985 Clerk Vacancies: Punjab National Bank (PNB) has issued notification against recruitment of 2985 Single Window Operator- A Vacancies in Clerical Cadre. Indian citizens who have taken the Common Written Examination (CWE) for recruitment in Clerical cadre conducted by IBPS in Nov-Dec 2011 and who have a valid Score card are only eligible to apply. Eligible candidates may apply online on or before 10-10-2012. Other details like age limit, educational qualification, application fee details, selection process and how to apply are given below…
PNB Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 2985
Name of the Post: Single Window Operator – A
Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 20 years and 25 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-08-2011. (Age relaxations will be as per Govt rules).
Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess a Graduate in any discipline with 50% marks or equivalent qualification from the University/Institute recognized by the Govt. of India, working knowledge of MS Office and should have scored minimum cut off marks in the Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS and should be holding a valid score card issued by IBPS.
Application Fee Details: Candidates must download the Cash Voucher from PNB official website and make the payment at any of the PNB branches. Amount of fee would be Rs. 100/- for General and OBC candidates and Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PC/EXSM candidates.
Selection Process: Selection of eligible candidates would be made on the basis of IBPS CWE score and Personal Interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates need to apply only through Online mode from PNB website on or before 10-10-2012. After submission of application candidates can take a printout of the system generated on-line application form to be submitted at the time of the interview. The registration number and password generated should also be retained for future reference.
Instructions for Online Application:
1. Log on to Bank’s website www.pnbindia.in to apply for the post online and select the ‘Recruitment’ link.
2. Select the appropriate link for downloading Cash Voucher for making payment.
3. Take print of Cash Voucher and make the payment at any of the PNB braches.
4. Revisit the Bank’s website using the same website address mentioned above and this time select Click to Apply Online link.
5. Select the Apply Online link for online registration, fill all marked details carefully and check once for accuracy before submission.
6. Upload previously scanned photograph and signature at the places provided and click on ‘Submit’ button.
7. Take print of Application Form and retain it along with the cash voucher for submission at the time of Interview (if asked for).

Starting Date for Online Registration: 26-09-2012
Closing Date for Online Registration: 10-10-2012
Payment of Application Fees: 26-09-2012 to 10-10-2012

As per the notification the candidates who have written and qualified in the IBPS 2011 clerks exam will only have the registration no and the password. With those reg. no and password the application will open.

Please check your E-Mail id so that you may find the E-Mail sent by the IBPS at the time of registration.
Sir Mere computer ki jankari hai Aur graduate bhi hun 64.86%. but IBPS ka score card nahi hai.. kya mai PNB Clerk me apply ker sakta hun?

I got 149 scores in IBPS and I was passed but every bank is asking for 160, 161, 171 scores, etc…infact my scores were more than 24 in every subject..Do I need to wait for next IBPS test for more scores?

As per the notification the candidates who age is below 25 years as on 01/18/2011 are eligible to apply for the post of SWO in PNB.

sir mera ibps clerk me score 170 hai, lekin mera graduation 11/11/2011 ko pass out hai. pnb clerk ke vACANCY ME GRADUACTION AS ON 1/8/2011 MANG RAHA HAI. KYA MAI PNB CLERK KA VACANCY NAHI BHAR PAUNGA. kya intermidiate par pnb ka vacancy nahi aaega, mera intermidiate me mARKS 51.7% HAI. SIR PNB CLERK KA LAST DATE 10/10/2012 TAK HAI. ISLIYE JABAB JALDI DENE KA KAST KARE.
