SSC Recruitment 2012 – Group C & B Vacancies: Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Southern Region has issued notification against recruitment of 24 various vacancies. Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on or before 21-05-2012. 1. Technical Officer-I – 04 vacancies
2. Scientific Assistant-I – 04 vacancies
3. Sales Assistant – 03 vacancies
4. Senior Computor – 01 vacancy
5. Junior Chemist – 05 vacancies
6. Junior Technical Assistant – 02 vacancies
7. Botanical Assistant – 05 vacancies

Age Limit and Educational Qualification: Candidates are asked to refer to the notification for the details of post wise age limit and required educational qualification.

Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 50/- (SC/ST/WpmenPWD/EXSM are exempted from payment of application fee) in form of CRFS available at Departmental Post Offices. The CRFS must be pasted on the application form and after that they must get the Recruitment Stamp cancelled.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Proficiency Test and Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and send it along with CRFS and Copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, The Regional Director (SR) Staff Selection Commission, 2nd Floor, EVK Sampath Building, College Road, Chennai – 600 217 on or before 21-05-2012.
