IBPS RRB Officers Scale I,II & III Eligibility Criteria: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will be conducting Common Written Test (CWE) for Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). Candidates to gain eligibility to appear for IBPS CWE must satisfy the below given eligibility criteria to apply for Officer vacancies…
1. Nationality: Candidates must be a citizen of India.
2. Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 years and 28 years for Officer Scale I post, between 21 and 32 years for Scale II and below 40 years for Scale III posts. Age relaxations will be extended as per govt rules.
3. Age Relaxation:

4. Educational Qualification:
For Officer Scale I:
Degree in any discipline from any recognized University & Proficiency in local language.
For Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer):
Degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks in any discipline from any recognized University & Two years experience as an Officer in Bank or any Financial Institution.
For Officer Scale II (Specialist Officer):
(i). Chartered Accountant: Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & One Year experience.
(ii). Marketing Officer: PG Degree in Marketing from a recognized university & One year experience.
(iii). Treasury Manager: Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or PG Degree in Finance from a recognized university & One year experience.
(iv). Agricultural Officer: Degree in relevant discipline or allied specialization from recognized University & One year experience.
For Officer Scale III:
Degree with 50% aggregate marks from any recognized university in any discipline & Maximum 5 yrs experience as an Officer in Bank or Financial Institution.

Each and every bank will specify the required score in the notification and it adopt its own selection procedure to short list the candidates for interview.

The Candidates age must be between 18 years and 28 years for Officer Scale I post in IBPS, Age relaxations will be extended as per govt rules for SC/ST /PWD/EXSM.
As per the notification, the candidates who acquired the requisite educational qualification as on 01-06-2012 are only eligible to apply for these vacancies?
