- BDS Degree from a recognized university.
- Must have completed internship on or before 10-03-2026.
- Candidate has not completed one year of Junior Residency in any recognized institution including regular & Adhoc period.
- Candidates who have completed internship earlier than two years on 10-03-2026 shall not be eligible.
- Valid Delhi Dental Council or other state dental council registration.
