- Junior Research Fellow: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/Post Graduate Degree Professional Course AND selected through any one of the following: CSIR-UGC NET (including Assistant Professorship) and GATE or Selected through national level examination conducted by Central Government or the agencies (ICMR, DBT, DAE, DST, IIT, IISER, NISER, IISc etc.) qualified.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, primary immune cell isolation (T cells/NK cells), and aseptic processing techniques. Experience in cell expansion, activation, lentiviral transduction, and cryopreservation of cell therapy products is required. Familiarity with feeder-based expansion systems, media optimisation, and in-process monitoring of cell growth and viability is desirable. Working knowledge of GMP-compliant cleanroom practices, batch manufacturing records, and process documentation is essential. Ability to work in a time-sensitive manufacturing environment and coordinate effectively with quality control teams.
