Selection Process
- Aviation Institutes / Colleges will forward the list of candidates with details (name, age, qualifications, contact details).
- Shortlisting of suitable candidates.
- Selection will be based on Personal Interview.
How to Apply
- Aviation Training Institutes / Colleges are requested to provide a list of candidates with details such as name, age, qualifications and contact details on the institute’s letterhead.
- Institutes must also provide details and documents of their affiliations / accreditations along with the company profile.
- The complete details should be sent via email only to officer.hrsr@aiaslin on or before 17.04.2026.
- Selection will be based on personal interviews of the shortlisted candidates.
General Information/Instructions
- The engagement is purely temporary and on training basis for 11 months.
- PSAs will work 6 days a week in a 3-shift pattern (including night shifts) with one paid weekly off and holidays.
- On successful completion with satisfactory performance, appraisal, rating and attendance, trainees will receive a Certificate of Completion in Passenger Service from AIASL.
- Trainees must be flexible to work in Terminal, Ramp and Cargo areas.
