Retired faculty will be appointed on contractual basis as consultants. The tenure of contractual faculty will be one year, unless extended by the Executive Director, AIIMS Bilaspur in the interest of the institute. For Contract Appointments
Faculties appointed on the post of Assistant Professor (Contractual) will be paid consolidated monthly remuneration as Basic Pay (₹1,01,500) + NPA @ 20% of Basic Pay + Applicable DA. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the entire term of the contract, including extension, if any.
There will be no annual increment/percentage increase during the contract period. They may also be entitled to residential accommodation subject to availability and applicable deductions in respect of such accommodation as per Govt. instructions.
Retired faculty, appointed on contractual basis, as consultants will be paid fixed consolidated monthly remuneration arrived at by deducting basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of the contract.
