Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: M Pharma/MPT/MSc Nursing/MSc in life science or equivalent.
- OR Graduate in life science (BAMS/BHMS/BSc Nursing/BPT or equivalent) from a recognized university with three years of experience from a recognized institute.
- Desirable: Degree/diploma in clinical research or experience of the trial/studies for two years or equivalent knowledge of computers.
Salary/ Stipend
- Rs. 28,000/- per month + HRA as admissible

Selection Process
- The mode of selection will be through personal interviews.
- The applications will be screened for eligibility.
- The applicants may be shortlisted based on their educational qualifications/experience, etc.
- The notice for the interview, along with the list of shortlisted candidates, will be published on the AIIMS Nagpur website. A call for the interview will be sent to the shortlisted candidates through email.
- If the number of applicants exceeds 1:10, an MCQ-based written test may be conducted.
General Information / Instructions
- All the mentioned posts are tenure jobs for a fixed duration under the funded projects.
- These are not the regular posts under AIIMS Nagpur.
- Based on this experience, the selected candidate cannot claim permanent employment at AIIMS Nagpur.
- The appointment will be purely temporary for an initial period of six months and may be extended based on the performance review.
- In case the candidate wishes to resign from the post, he/she should furnish a notice of 30 days.
- Once the project duration is completed, the tenure is automatically over for all the candidates selected for this project.
- The candidate should be able to talk fluently in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
- The appointee agrees to fulfil the norms for output in terms of quality and quantity of the work assigned to him/her, and if the appointee engaged is not able to fulfil the prescribed norms, his/her services will be terminated without giving any notice.
- The principal investigator reserves the right to terminate the contract with 15 days notice period.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
- Apart from the consolidated salary mentioned per month, including HRA, the candidate is not admissible for any other allowances.
