AIIMS Nagpur Selection Process
The selection process will be through a personal interview. If there are more than ten candidates eligible for a post, a preliminary written test may be conducted prior to the interview.
Personal Interview and Written Test
Eligible candidates will be called for interview by mail. The tentative date of interview is 26/10/2026 (Monday) starting at 10:30 AM (reporting time 9:00 AM) at the Department of Community Medicine, 4th floor, Medical College building, AIIMS, Nagpur.

AIIMS Nagpur Important Instructions
- All these posts are tenure jobs for a fixed duration under a funded project and are not regular posts under ICMR or AIIMS Nagpur.
- Based on this experience, the selected candidate cannot claim any permanent employment either from ICMR or from AIIMS Nagpur.
- The appointment will be purely on a temporary basis for a period of maximum 12 months or till completion of project whichever is earlier.
- In case the candidate wishes to resign from the post, he/she should furnish a notice of one month period.
- Once the project duration is completed the tenure is automatically over for all candidates selected for this project.
- If the appointee is not able to fulfil the prescribed norms for output in terms of quality and quantity of work, his/her services will be terminated without giving any notice.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
