- Shortlisting of candidates for interview is done based on educational qualification, relevant experience, and/or short-chain criteria decided by the Executive Director & CEO, AIIMS Nagpur.

- Scrutiny of applications and document verification will be conducted before the interview. Only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for the interview.
- Candidates must score minimum qualifying marks (suitability standard) in the interview as fixed by the Selection Committee.

- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or joining the appointment.
- The appointment can be terminated at any time by either side by giving one month's notice or by paying one month's salary.
- The appointee shall not be entitled to benefits like Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, or medical attendance treatment applicable to regular government servants.
- Resignation or applying elsewhere within the first three months of joining will not make the candidate eligible for an NOC, relieving letter, or experience certificate.
- The appointee shall be on whole-time engagement of AIIMS Nagpur and shall not accept any other assignment, paid or otherwise.
